Well, if you talk back then you talk back, and girls can get a little bitchy during periods. its your fault yes. because you should have done what you were told. but i do hate it when my mom takes away my cell, but it was only cause i talked back. and i learned from that, i have never talked back again, so she only did it cause she loves you

Just remember you will have pms for years. You can't use that as an excuse every month because next time it may not be your mom, it could be a future boss, boyfriend, anybody. Take midol to ease the pain and make you less cranky. Apologize for speaking to your mother that way and tell her what you have done by asking this question, showing that you realize you may have been in the wrong. She may see that didn't mean it and will work on your attitude especially during these times. She may give you the phone back just for being responsible by asking others opinions to see if you were wrong.

Tell her yeah it is b/c of your period so u cant help it! ha! no im kidding but you should really not talk back just dont say anything unless your asked a question and then you will be better off. i just try to interact w/ my fam as less as possible, but i have days where i like to be around them but not very often. just speak when spoken to and you will get in less or no trouble most of the time. i dont even have a cell, mine got turned off and never got turned back on but i've been waiting for like 3 months to get a new one but nothing ever gets done around my house.

Well, if you are like that on your period and your mom recognizes it... she should cut you some slack. My mom knows what I am like if she wakes me up early in the morning. BUt that isn't an excuse to be an a$$. If you feel like you are getting annoyed, just stop and breath. Walk away.... If she pays for your bills, she has the right to take away your phone. Sorry. ....Just like I am going to cancel my cable tv if my roommate doesn't hurry up and pay what she owes me (grrrr).

RESPECT YOUR MOTHER !
She is paying all your bills and you are living under her roof, respect her.
Those cell phones are not cheap, most kids don't get one unless they pay for it themselves. Sounds like your Mom is pretty good to you.
