Hi i want to know if it will be too complicated for my husband to get his green card through me I am a US citizen he is 23 old when he was 19 years old we lived in Colorado he was in a car in the pasanger seat and the DEA got drugs in the back seat I got him out paying the bond he was supose to be showing up to court but him and i got scared he might have gone to jail he was only 19 and i was 18 and he had a daughter how back then was only 9 months old so we came back to mexico

Oh boy tough question!!! Well he didn't show for court back then and went back to Mexico. well I say file for him but get a lawyer he will help you alot. But I think they will still ask him, probably hold him, because he didn't show up for court. So be careful get a lawyer first!!!

you should try, but since he didnt go to court he will have a warrant for his arrest. I suggest that he turn himself in. Apologize to the police and beg the court to let him leave the country voluntarilly. You will need to pay alot, but it is his only hope. I wish you luck and suggest that you get a bilingual lawyer.

I really don't think he would be a candidate for a green card or anything else. He ran instead of facing the charges. I would think if he came back to the states, he would be imprisoned.

if he's right here illegally you may not help him with out him going to his domicile united states of america to record a petition for him to come back to the U. S. legally.solid success woman,i have been there -done that

he has no chance of getting one and if he steps in this country and gets caught he is going to prison for sure, you can not just skip out on federal drug charges and think it will just go away.
