She also drinks lots of water to keep joints lubricated. Try to stay away from Peppers,tomato,eggplant and potato. Try to eat lots of raw pineapple and papaya they contain bromelain an anti-inflammatory enzyme Also try to take Epsom salt baths

well i suggest that you check with a doctor before relying on herbs yeah some herbs work but to be on the safe side check with a doctor.

i just read a good book about this by earl mindell. Look for it.
He's got a whole long list of stuff.
Start with Fish oil and glucocamin condroiten (sp?) and MSM
