i have a young pitt and she just started peeing on the floor even while she is walking and i would like to know when they go into there first heat

All female dogs have their first heat season somewhere around 9 to 12 months. She will have 2 seasons per year about 6 months apart.
It sounds like she may have a kidney problem or a bladder infection if she is peeing while walking. She is loosing control of her bladder for some reason. Need to have her vet checked.

That doesn;t sound like a sign of her going into heat though, she may have a urinary tract infection. I would take her to the vet.

It really depends on the dog she could be a late bloomer or early bloomer you never know mine didnt go into heat till she was 1! It's all up to her body and when shes ready to become a young lady! =)
