About a month (I know, it sounds ridiculous) ago, a guy approached me and gave me his number. I was interested (and still am), but don't know him. I got really busy and didn't have a chance (or the nerve!) to call...now I'm wanting to call, but is it too late? Will he even know who I am or will it be total humiliation for me? Help!

It never hurts to try!! :)

Look at it this way, if you don't call him you will be thinking about it for a long time like, I wonder if it would have worked out. I think if you explain to him that you were really busy he will understand and believe you since you would be calling him now.

If he moved and and claims to be seeing someone else, well then, you can move on too. It isn't embarrassing it is life:) Good luck- he might be the one, ya never know!!!

Pick up the phone and ring him,if he gave you the number and you didnt have to ask, then this guy will remember you, just say to him that he gave you the phone number and was it still ok to talk. That will give you both some thing to talk about. If on the other hand he says no you will know that you can safely look else where.

Might end up being humiliating, but what do you have to lose? Seriously...at worst, he doesn't remember who you are, so you haven't lost anything anyway...but it opens the door for him to remember you, and possibly be interested too. Go for it! It'll be a good sign if he remembers you...but be prepared to explain why you took so long to call! =)

Hope this helps!

Unless he is some sort of player with no sense of values, he will definitely remember you! He liked you enough to give you, a stranger, his #. He could be THE one for you, but how will you know if you never call him. In this case, it is better to be sorry than safe. Know what I mean? Well, I hope I helped. :)

It will not be humiliation for you...

Even if he doesn't remember you (which is possible, he could have given up on you calling already) it would be flattering and complimentary for him.

What's the worst that could happen?
