well, it depends if the person blows hard or not hard at all if she or he blows hard in your ear it'll probably give you a hard and if she or he blows not hard i think itr won't give you a hard.

I have to say....I do, if it's accompanied by some rather provocative talk. It's not instant, if it's just out of the blue... nibbling on the neck helps out too
