Yes, it is very illegal. A lot of companies have found ways to get around this though.
It's very important to remember that the laws here are set up for a reason. If you are getting scripts online without a valid prescription, you don't know what you're getting. Not to mention they can seriously hurt you, if not kill you.
The best way to make sure you are getting what you actually need is to be seen by doctor, then have a registered pharmacist fill the prescription, in person, where you can talk to them if you need too.
Good luck!

This is what the online pharmacies say:
"Importation of prescription medications for personal use is allowed in most countries provided the medication is for personal use and is not a controlled substance."
I hope that continues. I love ordering what I need without going to a doctor. Some doctors don't know any more about treating disorders than the average well-read patient.

ordering drugs online can cut costs considerably. A Consumer Reports study found that savings can reach 25% or more.
Experts say, sites that offer to sell "lifestyle" drugs such as Viagra and Propecia without a visit to your doctor's office. Those sites can charge as much as cheaper the usual cost of such drugs.

Generic drugs are less expensive because generic manufacturers don't have the investment costs of the developer of a new drug. New drugs are developed under patent protection. The patent protects the investment--including research, development, marketing, and promotion--by giving the company the sole right to sell the drug. As patents near expiration, other manufacturers can apply to the FDA to sell generic versions. Because those manufacturers don't have the same development costs, they can sell their product at substantial discounts. Also, once generic drugs are approved, there is greater competition, which keeps the price down. Today, almost half of all prescriptions are filled with generic drugs.

Hey, if you don't confirm about medication then you don't need to take the medicine, many fake and scam website are available and they send you fake products. Don't try any new pharmacy without any recommendation from your family or anyone you knew.
I use this http://all-pillsforyou.com pharmacy when i need my medication because its affordable and legit pharmacy for me.

Don't forget to include shipping expenses in your online prescription comparisons. Although the cost of delivery by standard mail is nominal at many sites, and free at others, it can become quite expensive if you need overnight delivery.

it depends if they are a narcotic or barbituate.those are illegal w/o script.beware of scripts online cause they could be bogus from other countries and have harmfull ingredients in them.there was a program on 20/20 about hacked medicines.be careful. we already have enough problems with the drugs we get from legit drug stores being what they say they are.

I've never bought any personally but i know people who said they ordered pain killers through one of those websites, I think you probably have a pretty good chance of getting caught though so i don't know if it's worth messing with.
