well if ya went out already, it kinda easy just bring out the topic of y yall broke up, then slowly while your talking about, bring in that you and him would desrve another chance, might work, if ya put efort on it

I would definitely ask him out, cause I have a guy frd I'm soo into only he's in another country but will come down soon, and he is super shy, so I think I would ask him out like u should...and make this date even better than the 1st, but I would only ask him out if the reason you broke up wasn't really a issue, cause if it was then that may be the reason he hasn't asked you.

then if you think you like him and he likes you ask him out from face to face and if your shy to ask him you could send him a note asking, it wouldn't hurt if you don't give it a try so take a chance
