do as the bottle says. i have used it before and was pleased with the results. i drank it the morning of the drug test. rem you will only be clean 6-8 hours or so. these people who say the night before has never used these products. the night before and your wasting your money..TRUST ME I HAVE USED THE STUFF YOU ARE SPEAKING OF..and yes its only good for urine tests. if it is hair they make a shampoo, blood test better spend some money on the compete system detox. around 120 bucks

The thing you should be asking is why you did drugs knowing you are in a possition where drug use is an issue(not even going to rant about the evils of drugs). You know they can request hair instead of urine and that stuff doesn't work for sure on hair and I've heard that it doesn't work for urine because they can detect it and retest anyway.

no idea, but my guess would be the night before, so your body has time time to cleanse itself
