There is this girl where i work and like her so much, when im around her im so nervous so i dont know how to open up the conversation with her.
need some help

Just be cool and strike up a common interest conversation. Find out if she likes sports or whats her favorite tv show. Then strike up a conversation on that and from there, if the conversation is going well, ask her if she'd like to go for coffee sometime after work or during lunch. Hope I could help!

Invite her out for coffee,or if there is a coffee machine in sit that you can use get up and get her one mid morning.Or if you really like her go to a flower shop and buy a little spray of flowers not more than 4inches high at the end of the week and write a msg saying that you hoped that she was enjoying working there and could you buy her a drink/ do-nut/gnome/what ever.

Why not bring her a coffee when you come in the office in the morning? Make sure to have the cream and sugar on the side and mention to her that you didn't know how she takes her coffee, so you brought the items on the side. Perhaps she will then start chatting and your relationship can take off.

How does she act around you? I know the nervousness feeling, you get so nervous that funky words rolls out your mouth. Just try to calm down, otherwise she's gonna think you're on crack or something lol Kidding. Start with the basics....hi....where were you born...school you went to...I know simples things, nothing like stalking-like.

Say Hi. Try to learn something about her. Remember things she talk about and take an active interest in her and what she says. If she's interested, she'll open up to you.

ask her to either help you with something or ask her if you can help her with something or talk about something incidental like the weather or advice on a good place to eat or something along that line to break the ice. don't just plunge in and profess you feeling for her. that might ruin your chances and sap your courage. take it slow. if it's meant to be, let nature take it's course :)
