This all depends on the year you 140 was built. The 140 was manufactured from 1958-1979. On older models if there isn't a hydraulic remote box located on the right side of the seat at the rear of the tractor then your tractor isn't equipped with a hydraulic attachment.
The supply port for a hydraulic remote on older models is located on the right side of the lid cover of the rear housing located under the seat. The problem is finding spare parts for these tractors. You can contact a CaseIH dealership in your area to see what mod kits can be placed on the 140. If you locate a mod kit you will tie in at the ports at the rear of the lid on the right side of the seat. If there are no ports available look at the right side of the tractor directly beneath the steering column. There should be some hydraulic ports there. You can also purchase an IT manual for the 140. This will show where all the hydraulic ports are located on the tractor.
You can also order an IT manual at Farmall website. This would be a less expensive way to purchase a manual. This site will also direct you to sites to purchase spare parts.

sorry but the farmall 140 is strictly a pto . not even sure if they make a pto pump that would work on that model.
