how hard is it for an 18 yera old guy to attract or get the attention of a 24 year old chick? I'm over the "be more mature" thing.

Wait a year or two...honestly at this age it makes a world of difference. I'm 20 and my boyfriend is 27...we've known each other since I was 18, but I needed that time to grow up a little bit.

in my experience women usually go for older guys because of the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
also, you are probably still in high school and she's likely working full time post college - a huge maturity gap
but, on the bright side - you have something to look forward to when you get older!

Just be honest and tell her you are interested and don't go away. Be very romantic and don't leave her alone till you at least get a date unless you are freaking her out. Most older women like younger guys a lot more than you would think.
