FC, you almost have a point, except in STalin and Pol Pot's cases, they were acting in the name of Communism, not atheism; the Turks are Muslims; and most people having abortions in the US are Christians!

hmmm interesting question.

I would guess it would probably be a religious group. Athiest have a HUGE minority. And for some reason, many have seen that violence, terror and desctruction are an appropiate way to hand religious conflicts.

The problem is how do you define Christian or Muslim. Professing Christians or Muslims? Or regular ahderes to the faith of each?

Atheists. Stalin killed over 25 million Russians. Pol Pot killed over 2 million Cambodians. So did Mao, millions of Chinese. The Turks slaughtered over a million Armenians. Atheists have killed millions and millions of children in the womb, just in America.

This is a tough question because well Christians have the crusades to answer for and Many a other atrocities that Christians have done in the name of god/Christ. But other religions have done some blooding things to. So, I guess you can say that we are on a level playing field.
