I know for a fact that there are a lot of real men out there. You just gotta know where to look- and use your common sense. Let's admit it- personal ads and Internet dating services are not the best ways to find a romantic relationship.
Personally, I believe that the best way to find a good guy is to get to know a guy BEFORE you start dating him. Look at how they treat others, especially other women. And girls, please, please, please do not date them just because of their looks!
A lot of girls would save themselves a lot of trouble and heartache if they just took that extra precaution.
Once a girl finds Mr. Right... the wait is definitely worthwhile.

Here's another facet of that: It shouldn't be an offer, it should just be done because it's both peoples' house, not just hers to accept the offer.

i was with a girl for about 5 years and after year 3, we moved in together. i let her do all of the cleaning, dishes, cooking, laundry, etc. so she slept with someone else. oops. i'll never do that again.
