Dont drink one of those energy drinks. (Im sure the energy tea is fine, but not the "drink"). They contain A LOT of sugar and you'll be in a lull soon after you have a spike of energy. Go to your local health food store, they will definitely have a supplement that enhances your energy. I've taken them before, can't remember the name, but its a steady energy..not an extreme high of energy then a crash.

Chances are, you are going to be addicted to coffee if this is your problem, try first mixing decaf and regular coffee and eventually going straight to decaf, if this does not work, try getting a very good nights sleep a deep sleep, if this doesnt work, try a new mattress because this might be waking you in the nights which makes you more tired in the morning

If you don't like coffee try an energy tea. Drink lots of water and don't eat fast foods. They will make you sluggish.
