Do you mean Raynaud's Syndrome ??
It is a hyper sensitivity blood vessel problem usually in the hands in response to the cold weather .. the capillaries overconstrict and reduce the blood flow which causes a dramatic change in colour blue and white , as well as considerable pain . When they go back to normal the blood rushes back the colour changes to red which also causes pain.
... like when you put your hands in icy water
Otherwise ??? something to do with a french car ???
