caffine causes your body to do weird things when you are trying to lose weight. carbonation from the soda is another awful thing to do to your body. your best bet is to cut down to ONE diet, caffine free soda a day MAXIMUM while maintaining a healthy eating plan and exercise program.

I heard an odd conversation between a fast food worker and a customer. "I want a diet coke," the customer said. "Do you mean real diet, or the fake diet?" the worker said. "What do you mean?" the customer said. "I just want a diet coke. What's so complicated about that?" "Oh," the clerk said. "You haven't heard. Diet drinks make you fat. If you're really on a diet, you need to order regular drinks.... basically all "diet" drinks and yoghurt's, be it coke, cola, lemonade, etc, Have got aspartame in it, which makes you hunger and is a sugar substitute. generally stay away from anything diet ... you will put weight on, and if you want to loose weight drink a litre of water for every stone overweight you are a day. I.E if your 3 stone overweight drink 3 litres of water a day, 6 stone overweight 6 litres of water per day, if your only half a stone overweight then drink at least 3 pints of water a day, you should try and get into the habit of drinking a glass of water every hour if you can, this will keep your body hydrated and you will reap the benefits. look at the 2 web sites below for some great articles on why we should not consume "diet" goodies.

It's a funny thing look around and most of the people you see drinking diet coke are a little larger. Don't do the whole diet thing, just eat sensible and drink water and excercise.

Reduce your own stress. Your stress hormone cortisol might be activated by extremely low-calorie diets, intense training, lack of sleeping and day-to-day worries, which results in a spike in glucose levels with your blood. More worryingly, it can help with blocked arteries and fat develop around your internal organs, putting you at risk of diabetes and heart disease. The only prescription for this is to… pass the time.

Always start your meal with a salad. It'll fill you upward, making you eat less on the actual meal, and it's method fewer calories than typical deep-fried or maybe cheesy apps.
