No he is much too busy listening to the thoughts and prayers of 6+ billion people, trying to decide which prayers to answer and which to not answer. Then of course there are all the souls arriving that he has to judge. So you see God is MUCH TOO BUSY to think to Himself, "why am I here?"

No. The most basic definition of God is that He necessarily exists. He doesn't exist as a result of something else, which would then need a reason. He is what exists when nothing else does.
