Pick atime walk up to her at school or after. put out your hand to introduce yourself.I am so&so. i admire your beautiful hair/body or what ever and aske her name and about going to show/dinner , or just talk. Some woman will not talk but when you get them started they wont be quiet.

i would try and get her phone number from her or someone and give her a call, or yoiu could just walk up to her and say "hey how would you like to go out sometime.?"

I think that you should just ask her while her friends are there. And if you ask her while her friends are there then at least one of them will disagree if she turns you down and they might talk her into saying yes.
