I'm young and my bones always seem to crack. Whenever i make my hand into a fist, my knuckles crack. Sometimes, when i stretch my leg out fully, my knee cracks. Now just today, my jaw is beginning to make that crack noise whenever I chew food and its getting real annoying. Any ideas why this happens?

Also a bunch of other bones crack when i put them into a certain position.

My jaw has been cracking for 25 years now. Do not sleep on your stomach or you will wake up one day with your jaws locked. When that happened to me, I just rolled to the opposite side of the stuck side and it worked its way out. Stay away from things like bagels, gum and caramel. Check with your dentist and look up TMJ.

I believe this isn't a problem. It seems that young people often have alot of crack and pop joints because of growth. If this is a problem, than i have it too, because im 16 and nearly every time i move something pops! Be it a shoulder, elbow, knee, jaw, wrist, almost everything!

You are fixating on this aren't you. If you start to have pain, or your fingers fall off, go to the doctor. You should be thankful that you are still young and have a resilient body.
