Depends. I've paid as much as $2,700 for a Dobe, but that included both Puppy Kindergarden and basic Obedience training. I've also paied as little as $600 for a pup, but I had to drive halfway across the country to pick the pup up.
Do your research and if at all possible, GO TO THE BREEDERS LOCATION. Make sure you're not getting a puppy mill dog.
Also, consider a Doberman in rescue. They are SO appreciative of a good home!

it all depends were and who you go to...i suggest adopting they come totaly veted(all shots and fixed) and you can find pups and young adults too..try petfinder.com and petharbor.com both can lead you in the right track... please do not breed or buy while shelter dogs die...well i hope you find what you want..=)

i think it deponds on where you live. i bought a min pin, miniature pinscher, and she was $1,000. and me, i live in huntington beach california
