It is a hard call - I would say to think of it this way....Is it to help you or the one who broke your heart? If it is to help you - THAN GO FOR IT. But remember that this may be the only thing that comes out of it. If they broke your heart, they MAY not be affected by you telling them, to be honest: they may not care. As long as you are good with it - then tell em, remind them that you will move on while they regret what they did, and then move one peacefully. Just know you are worth it all - it is their loss.

That is a good question. I believe that it would be a good thing for you to talk to someone about how you feel. It could be good for you if you told that person in a nice way; rather then a scolding letter or harsh words.
I've had my heart torn out of me once or twice. It hurts more not to tell someone and just keep it inside.

It depends on how close you are to them. If they're an ex-partner, then yes. If they were a crush or similar, then no. Most people that I have had a crush on don't even know, aside from some high-brow flirting. I sometimes have way too much pride for my own good...

yes. ive done it, and it did crush him, but he didnt feel even half the pain that i did when he broke my heart and kept stomping it till there was nothing left. tell them then walk away, forgetting they even exist, then search for someone to heal ur hurting heart

Depends how they broke it.
If they cheated, then I would.
If they left you because it was boring, I wouldn't.
But that's just me.

I wouldn't cuz you'd make them feel bad and then they'd want to make it up to you but it would be for all the wrong reasons.
