No he can't be AKC registered. In order to be both parents would need to ahve been registered and the litter would need to have been registered by the breeder...then they would have given you an individual registration application so you could register yuor dog in your name.
There is no way to get him registered in any legit registry.
If you want to compete in obedience, rally or other performance events you can apply to AKC for an ILP# but you will need to provide proof he has been neutered.
Go to the AKC site for more info on ILP (ILP isn't registration though) www.akc.org

Your dog cannot be registered with the AKC. There is likely a reason that the father wasn't registered- as in he couldn't be. This is a good example of why it's important to buy dogs from reputable breeders.

Only an offspring from 2 AKC registered dogs can be AKC registered.

You are out of luck.

Both of the parents have to be registered in order to register the puppies. If only the mother was registered you cannot register him unless the breeder sends in the paperwork for the father. So, you probably are not going to be able to get him registered.

CKC is a registry for outside breeders and domestic dog generators. This "breeder" screams of one of those vast quantity of incorrect issues. i'd go back your domestic dogs and get you funds decrease back. analyze for a respected breeder. a 10 year suspension isn't a superb problem and he had to do something exceptionally significant incorrect to get banned from AKC registration. you should have under no circumstances offered from this "breeder" no be counted how sparkling and nicely-saved the position became!

No,BOTH parents MUST be AKC *FULL* registered & be the SAME BREED!!

both parents have to be reg. to reg the puppy. If you want to show it in obedience or ralley or agility then you can get a ILP reg on the puppy . but it has to be neutered. you can get the information for this from AKC.
