Worry more about preparing yourself for the interview. It will all be based on the way you present yourself! Try to avoid saying um, and a great filler when you don't know the answer to the question is to use the question in the answer. Example: "Why do you think you're a good fit for our company" "I think I'm a good fit here at 'wherever' because...." gives you a second to think and you still sound like you're on top of things. Make a good impression and they'll never even notice it.

You can use any of the methods that ppl have already told you or you can just use cover up tomorrow. The boss of hopefully your new job will understand that getting pipples are a part of life and there is not much that you can do to stop it from happening.

Put toothpaste on it or rub your face with Listerine. It works for me. You could also try the zit zapper things at the drug store. hey if you can't stop it just wear make up but make it natural. Caking it on looks bad too. If you don't draw attention to it then it won't go noticed.

try using rubbing alcohol on the pimple. it is very drying and will help clear the pimple up quickly. it is very drying though so you will want to use a good moisturizer as well. hope this helps!

You know the saying of using hot salt water for a sore throat, it kills germs. We'll, use warm salt water with any kind of salt and apply it on a washcloth for acne. Leave a little residue of the salt on the bump. It will burn but that means it's killing germs and the salt dries the bump up.

I know your not suppose to...but pop it. I always do...why suffer with the discomfort and pain. Once you pop it and everything is out go over it with an antibacterial cleanser and put neosporean over it (do this the night before of course).
