photo editing program?

k well i saw this picture of someone on a myspace contest site;

& i wanna know if anybody knows a program that could do this? & where i could download it? free or free trial at least :] thanks

That is a cool picture and would be super easy to do in Photoshop. It's just 2 pictures side by side.

Paint.Net has soem cool features as well.
