It means they will go to a fancy restaurant on Jupiter with white linen napkins and when the waiter asks "Do you want fries with that?" they will answer "NO" when they really mean "yes".

Maybe they are soon to die. And, they must have recently converted to Judaism or Islam (or, soon will), as this the way we are wrapped to go into the grave.
