My boyfriend is very kind and reserved but when he senses that any boy is flirting with me or I'm nice to him, he gets extremely agitated, and he stays silent about it. It seems that and guy that become friends with or I'm friendly with bothers him. He doesn't ever do anything because of his personality. But when he tells me when a boy bothers him, I'm not sure what to say. Am I not allowed to have other guy friends?

Look I bet you love your boyfriend but friends are there no matter what boyfriends come and go some longer than others..If he is that insucre about your relationship then you need to really talk about it

Dear Sad Girl, I used to have the same problem. I had a boyfriend that was the same way. I was blind but you don't have to be. To get to the point I couldn't even go to a town where I knew guys. Then I married him and he moved me 40 miles away from everybody I knew. Then he did anything and everything to keep me from going there to visit, even my family. I wasn't allowed to talk to any of my neighbors. I rarely had a car and if I did something just happened to go wrong with it. After 5 years of this I decided to start getting out of the house once a week and he couldn't handle it and it turned to physically keeping me there. I divorced him. Do you see where this could go? Please take this into concidderation when or if you stay with him and start to think about marriage. Good Luck

Some guys are just like that you know, like afraid to lose their girl. Assure him that you wont be doing anything with these boys you are making friends with. Even then he might be jealous soo you know ask him what he wants cuz i am sure he wont say you cant have any guy friends.

your boyfriend should let you be you...if he doesnt trust you and gives you the silent treatment just b/c other boys talk to you,there's your sign,girl,get out..maybe one of those other boys will treat you better and know how to keep his game on when challenged.good luck.

of course you are allowed to have guy friends, just make sure you let your boyfriend know and definitely don't do anything else to show him otherwise that it is just a friendship and nothing else.

just talk to him.
let him know that you love him, but you can also talk to other boys
You're just not interested in the boys you talk to like you're interested in him.
