OK here's the tip, I am sure you know someone that knows her, or if you dont, find someone, and ask them about her, like, her likes, dislikes, if she plays sport, does she go to the movies, beach, country, music, etc etc etc, and then when you have done your homework about what she likes, at least then you will have an idea on where to take her if you do get to out with her. I am sure you know someone who knows her. Thats the first step. then when you find out, maybe she plays tennis, then get yourself a racket and get practicing, and that way you can challenge her to a game, and bingo your started on the way to get to know her. I was going to say, find out if she goes to clubs, etc, but you didnt state how old you both are, so I will stay away from that one. Once you know a bit about her you could go to some of the things that she attends and gradually get to know her by being involved. Other than that, you could politely go over to her and introduce yourself, I wouldnt ask her out straight away, it might be pushing it, but just general talk and then maybe (with the knowledge that you have gained from doing your homework) ask her to join you doing something that you know she enjoys. Please dont 'blurt' out to your mates any information that you are given about her, because other people or mates sometimes are stupid enough to go tell her and this could end up being uncomfortable for you, so keep it to yourself to use when you are ready to ask her out. You need to get to know her first, and make sure that she knows you. Introduce yourself and start walking in the halls together, and striking conversations. Then slowly, start eating lunch together. Then......you can start flirting a little and then aske her out. GOOD LUCK!

Just start a conversation with her. Maybe after you get to know her a little better, it will be easier asking her out...

what you can do for a start is try and get to know her by taking her out for dinner or just inviting her over to your house to watch a movie or etc..... all you do don't try and impress her on your first date.....

tell one of her friend that u like her, and make sure that friend tells her. then start to make her feel special by saying hi and making her laugh.(laughter is the key to getting in a relationship)
