How do you get/recover files from a corrupt floppy?

Ok so my ok guys so say i have a drafting project due tommorow or im failing, and its just my lucky day and my floppy disk suddenly became corrupt. While saving my project on CADKEY to my floppy, i get an error which saves a bad copy of it anyway.

So any help would be much appreciated.

It's not free but I've used 99% successfully Easy Recovery.

WinHex also has a raw file recovery that works with floppies too.
