We thought Stewie was a Russian blue, but he lacks the signature green eyes and his face seems more wedge-shaped. The main thing is that he is a talker. He talks a lot! But, he's very long and lanky, so not muscular enough to be Burmese or Tokinese (though the coat density and softness is very much like a Toki). We didn't think he's a mix because he seems so pure in color and shape. I've looked online at breed profiles and in books, but just can't find anything with his head shape and eye color. Here's some pix of him.

Hi there...your links didn't reveal anything as there was an error message on both.

As a general rule if a cat wasn't born to pedigree they are considered either a Domestic Short/Medium/Long Hair (DSH/DMH/DLH) cat.

I have seen some beautiful domestic cats that you could swear were a specific breed (well, the owners thought so, I knew better). Chances are very high that you have a domestic cat! Also, special breed cats cost lots of money and I have never heard of these being abandoned or turned into the local shelter just because. Also, there are many cats that are talkers.

Cat's have funny genetics and two "mutt" cats can produce offsrping that is solid in color or has well patterened markings. If you did not get your cat from a breeder or have little knowledge of the parents pedigree then there is no reason to assume the cat is any specific breed.
