You would want to check with your employer. Because there is no federal or state law that regulates companies to pay insurance to its employees. Insurance covergage provided depends on the company's policies.

YES...they will.
Other than internal company policy, there is no law that forces employers to offer health insurance to their full time employees.
That being said, I can almost guarantee you that is one of the reasons why they are cutting hours from 40 down to 32. They can dump insurance for all those non-full time positions and save a lot of money.
This is a BIG TIME wake up call. An employer who resorts to these tactics to save money is likely desparately looking for cost cutting moves. And, I think you know what the next big cost cutting step is.
You should start preparing yourself now to find another job....before its forced upon you.

If you aren't an hourly employee they couldn't. Anyway, my last two jobs were hourly and we had insurance. Plus US Congress passed the HIPPA law that says you cannot be dropped insurance so long as you are willing to pay.
Check with your Union or Human Resources Department.

Ask your boss. I know in Texas, most jobs have insurance for full time workers, and here, 32 hours a week are considered full time.

NO one can answer that for you as they do not know what benefits your employer offers. It is not a state or federal law thing it is how your employer set up the benefit requirements. Ask your HR department.

They can (and probably WILL) charge you more for health insurance. Where I work, health coverage for full timers is free. For part timers, it's $$$.

Yes, they might. Will they? That's another question, and you'll have to ask them.
