I don't know, I'm Baptist myself. There's a lot of Methodist and Baptist churches where I live, and only one Catholic and LDS church. I think it depends on where you live too.

i don't have alot of adventure with all and diverse, yet i'll shed a touch problem-free... I have a heavy Baptist historic past, a touch Presbyterian, and now i bypass to a Bible church it truly is type of a denomination all of that is own, very very akin to Baptist. besides, all of those you named do believe that Jesus is the in common words son of God and the in common words way of salvation. lots of the ameliorations are slightly doctrinal (baptism, music, the function of females, and so on) yet none of those believe that the different are any a lot less Christian. Methodist are a touch more effective works oriented (many believe you may lose your salvation by technique of commiting particular sins or backsliding) Baptist and Pres. have 2 or more effective "aspects." The Pres denomination broke off 2 major approaches about 9 years in the past- one facet going very liberal, even as the different stayed conservative. The southern Baptists did an same i believe about 11 years in the past. Then there are the independant baptists, of which maximum of them are very conservative (no television, dancing, females ought to in common words positioned on outfits, King James Bible in common words) i'm no longer conscious of Episcopalian. The Catholic church prays to the saints, and to Mary- even as different denominations in common words pray to God by ability of the call of Jesus. The catholics also use the catholic bible, which incorporates various more effective books than the Bible the different denominations use. The Lutherans are a branch off the Catholic denomination, yet i'm no longer conscious of them both. desire this enables some.

About one in three people in the world is Christian -- Far larger than any other type of religion. More than half of all Christians are Catholic.

There are actually more people in the world with no religion than there are all Protestants combined.

21% of the people in the world are Muslims (more than either protestants or Catholics). But remember that some are Sunnis, some are Shiites, etc -- so there are more Catholics in the world than any other single religion.

I attend a progressive non-denominational Christian church. My extremely educated and tolerant pastor is one of the few people that I openly trust with the information that I practice traditional witchcraft. Although he was originally stunned (I think) he was open-minded enough to learn about the practice before judging me and has been very accepting. I think he's also a little curious now that he's been exposed to it.
