hello, is drinking 1 bottle (750ml) by yourself on any given night alot for one person and how many glasses are in one 750 ml bottle of wine..thanks for yur answers!

I have glasses that will hold an entire bottle of wine (a lovely Christmas gift from last year)
drinking 1 bottle will get you drunk but it is not that unusual
a typical glass of wine is about 150mL
so about 5 glasses of wine

I almost always get 4 glasses out of a 750 ml bottle. Sometimes, I have 1 or 2, but usually we finish the bottle so I might have 3 or 4. As long as I'm at home and not driving, the whole bottle is OK for me once in a while. I don't wake up feeling bad or anything, either.

Yes, it's a lot if it's in a short amount of time. A bottle of wine typically has 5-6 normal sized glasses. That's the alcohol equivalent of 5-6 pints of beer.
Of course, that doesn't mean I've never done it. . .

I think for most people it is, however Iam Italian and frequently relax to a good bottle of wine, because if you do not drink it within 2 days it goes bad, the nectar of the gods. so don't worry so much and enjoy yourself just remember moderation my friend.

that's a lot of wine to drink all at once. I have had about 3/4 of a bottle of port wine (that's stronger than regular wine) before going to bed once and although it didn't totally get me drunk (I could still walk around fine) I definitelly felt it.
