better subs rockford he or kicker vr?

i was just wondering wich is the better subs out of the two pair and wich would be most compatible with jbl 600 grand touring series

I have kicker subs and I really like them.... id say if ur gettin the rockford he's ethen go with the kickers instead, BUT if you went with the rockford he2's then id say get those there sick

Rockford Fosgate hands down. These are known for not jsut there peak rms performance but sustained which is most important. Course I'm assuming your refering to car installs
