I quit smoking tobacco cigarettes one year ago. I enjoyed smoking but I know how bad tobacco cigarettes are for you. Sometimes I still feel like smoking so I smoke clove cigarettes. What I want to know are clove cigarettes as bad for you as tobacco cigarettes?

Hate to break this to ya, but clove cigarettes ARE tobacco. The cloves are a minor addition to enhance flavor. You're smoking tobacco again.
Even worse, they're generally much higher in both tar and nicotine content, particularly some of the brands I used to be fond of... Djarum Specials & Blacks.
Quit em! They smell great - but let someone else fry their lungs while you sit 2 tables over and just enjoy the fragrance.

I hate the taste of clove cigarettes. But for an alternative, I think they are suppose to be safer. A headache may be caused from something other than your cigarettes, and the cigarettes only irritate it more. Like sinus or allergies and sleep disorders.

Yes they are! Clove cigarettes are just as bad for your health as American cigarettes. Cloves have a better taste (my opinion) but that doesn't help your lungs any. The source below is quite helpful & interesting.

Clove cigarettes ARE tobacco.......in general..If you light something on fire, and then pull the smoke from that fire into your lungs. It's bad for you.

I dont know. But they sure are tasty. I'm haveing one right now! My favorite are the Djarum Special...they have a sweet coating on the filter. Plus they make you look cool!

All cigarettes are no good for you , all they do is make you sick and you can form other illnesses like heart disease , strokes , heart attacks , cancer.
