So heres the details, I go to a anime club every month at the library and theres this cute girl there that I have a crush on.She looks about my age,im 13. How do I start a conversation started that will make us friends at least?

the most common first talk has to do with family, likes and dislikes and the such. perosnaly i suggest starting with likes and dislikes. even about anime. This will give you an idea on what to say and what not to say. even if you say somthing that controdicts what she thinks say "i cant stand the way (insert anime char and situation) in the last episode" then she resopnds with how much she liked it. it could stillbe ok just dont be to harsh and offend her. girls somtimes like a lil discution about somthing that isnt agreeable.
Dont let the convo drop. do what it takes to keep it going tillyou feel you can talk to her comfortably next time.
Suggest hanging out somtime out of anime club and tell her to call you. *give her your phone #*
If she calls you know shes interested and if she doesnt then shes not. U cant *make* her like you but you can introduce and play "the face" to get her interested

First of all, one of the best things to learn at your age is that it if a girl doesn't like you, then you need to accept it. As the Notorious B.I.G. might say: "Dont chase them, replace them". There are so many girls out there that, to dedicate yourself to just one of these girls can alot of times be a learning experience, but in a case where the female doesn't like the guy(or vice versa), it can be emotionally devestating to the person. So just be smart, and dont set yourself up for a trap, and make sure you avoid these tricks and snitch bi***es.
Realistically, you dont even know the person yet. I recommend using your environment in order to start a conversation. Where are you, why are you two sitting in the same place? Try to find some relativity. How can you relate to her? Then just blast in to a conversation, you don't need to be perfect or completely proper. Just be confident, and respectful.

Definitely be yourself. And go and talk to her about the anime you've just seen or something about animes (you have a common interest, use it!). After a while, you'll see how it goes! But it will definitely be easier if you start talking about something you know you both like. And try to sit next to her, next time! It's easier to strike a conversation that way.

Saying "Hi" is a good start to any conversation. Talk about things you have in common, and that club sounds like a good start. :)
Remember, just be yourself and if she wants to date, great. If not, you'll probably be good friends. :)
