That is kind of hard to do because they have to prove in accountability statements who they have received money from for various demographic reasons also.
But, you can still send a money order and write in "anonymous donor" for name. For the address you can fill in a town and zip code close to yours. Otherwise, the money order won't be able to be deposited.

Send the money certified or registered mail oooorrrrr go in with the cash and when they give you a receipt just say you wish to remain anonymous
