I have had a stomach pain accompanied by chills and a cold sweat as well as extreme nausea twice in the past 2 days for about an hour at a time. What could this be and should I see a doctor or possibly treat it myself?

It is not safe to look for a diagnoses on the web. Please see a doctor or go to an emergency room. What you are experiencing seems serious. Don't delay for your own good.

First issues first that's not your Womb because of the fact you're actually not pregnant, it is your Uterus. Did they draw blood to confirm your white cellular count huge variety to that would point out Appendicitis or a Uterine an infection? Did they habit a pelvic examination and STD testing besides? i might get a finished workup not purely a generalized one and specific circulate the the ER. i'm sorry yet i don't know what the A&E is and that i think of that's a completely insane concept so you might circulate to the internet web site presented and attempt and diagnose your self once you're this ill....a grey shade isn't generic. Depending on where the pain is, it may be any of a number of things. Common causes include gall bladder pain or appendicitis. If the pain is more in the flanks, it could be a kidney stone.

It would be wise to get yourself checked by a doctor.

Good luck to you!
