I made tacos for dinner. Since then I've eaten only American food. After 3 healthy, flushable dumps, I burped many times today and they tasted like tacos. My farts even have a spicy smell to them. What's up with that?

Because that's about the length of time that it takes the average body to finish "processing" food. Some people take less time, but from what I've read, three days is the norm.
Maybe your internal plumbing backed up.

It takes anything you eat anywhere from 3-5 days to 'go through your system' until you evacuate the last of it ... so you could have a 'blockage' forming in your bowels. If your 'reflux' and gas goes away within 24-48 hours, then simpy 'be aware' and monitor your body for further instances of similar problems. If you become 'seriously uncomfortable' or are in pain, see a doctor ASAP and tell him your problem. I'm guessing that you are not used to eating tacos, and that your 'problem' is transitory ... but you need to 'be aware' in case you are in 'trouble' because getting the right help is important to your general heath.
