Technically, maybe. By Catholic teaching, yes since none of them have had an annulment. But then again, I have sex outside of marriage so that makes me an adulterer too.

If they are christians, yes. But if they have not accepted God yet, then it wouldn't matter because they would be going to you know where anyways(unless of course, they accept God before they die and beg for his forgiveness)
