Too many people follow after thier example, that's the problem.
Practice makes perfect: These people divorce all the time, teenagers date and breakup all the time, and eventually marry and divorce all the time.
The media has made marraige a big game that carries with it no responsibility. People are even changing the traditional, foundational wedding vows...

Technically, maybe. By Catholic teaching, yes since none of them have had an annulment. But then again, I have sex outside of marriage so that makes me an adulterer too.

If they are christians, yes. But if they have not accepted God yet, then it wouldn't matter because they would be going to you know where anyways(unless of course, they accept God before they die and beg for his forgiveness)
