I love Captain Morgan Silver with coke. Parrot Bay coconut rum is good too, straight up or for mixing, especially to make drinks that you can't taste the alcohol in, like for the ladies!!! Try parrot bay with pineapple coconut juice and some half and half to make it creamy.

this is a very good question. I should liken to say that I am a captain on a pirate ship and though many of you now me as another name on Pyracy I like to mix my rums:
4 parts Morgans spiced
1 part Malibu
2 parts Vanilla rum
1 part Tattoo
and one part Pyrate
all by itself and for sippin from me boot flask I fill it with Dogfish Honey Rum

We went to St. Thomas this summer and bought several bottles of Cruzan rum. It is distilled on St. Croix. I like it. It has a different taste than the mass produced ones.

I've tried a lot of liquors but I didn't know Rum was flavored, I like Bourbon myself.
