Did you mean "Scoville scale"? That is a measure of the heat of chilli peppers. Its not really an engineering question!

its not an engineering kind of thing its actually a culinary based thing...its a measure of hotness of chilli peppers and its founder is wilbur scoville and it is called the scoville scale.he believed that capsicums have this type of chemical that affects the skin membrane whatsoever..pls check the site it will really be og good help!mwaaahz!
