I put individual servings of Grape Nuts or Grape Nuts Trail Mix into a small ziptop baggie for the DH, then put it into a paper bowl. He keeps some milk at work, but likes to eat it with yogurt too so I'll include a container of yogurt or some of my homemade yogurt in a ziptop bag too (it can be "squirted" out of the bag by cutting off one bottom tip of the bag, then twisting the bag behind the yogurt, working it down to the bottom of the bag and out the hole --onto the cereal now in the bowl).

Since Grape Nuts is pretty hard and dense, the yogurt can be put on before leaving home and won't be too soggy for about 15 minutes or so. If you want to wait longer though, you'll need to take the milk separately in a small jar or empty water bottle, etc, then add it to the cereal later at work.

I usually separate the two. I either put milk in an empty water bottle, and the cereal in a Tupperware. Later I mix the two, together or milk in a Tupperware and your dry cereal in a Ziploc bag and then I pour the dry cereal into the bowl with milk already in it.
