i Like This Girl what to say?

my grandad recently got taking into a nursing home

and the girl on the reception is really pretty an seems nice to talk to

and i think she likes me back in a way and i really want to ask her out
before its too late but i really dont want to make a mug of myself incase shes already taken any words of advice

in my recent girls

everytime ive wrote letters or flowers of any kinds its kinda chased them away

and i want to do this the right way

i also have to add i dont take rejection well i asked my friend out for who had been friends for 2 yrs she rejected now i dont talk to her

Buy her some flowers next time your going with a card containing a compliment plus your name & number on the back. Leave the ball in her court.

If you can't take rejecton then you can't handle life. It's all a part of it. I rejected a friend of mine and he poked me in the arm until it was bruised and my first thought was what a t@*t I'm glad I said no.

You've got to take a risk in life to get the good stuff but make it low key if your that worried start with a coffee in the canteen on her lunch break and work up from there.

The thing is not to make a big deal out of it. "If you haven't got any other commitments, I'd like to go for a drink with you" kinda thing, so if she does have someone else, it doesn't make it awkward.

Remember, it's her job to be nice and welcoming. Are you right to take it personally?

spark up a conversation and say something like your boyfriend better becareful he might lose you if he doesnt treat you good and then wait for her to say oh i dont have a boyfriend. it works everytime and if she just agrees then she either has a boyfriend or just isnt that into you sorry. But its easier to ask this way then going right out on a limb and asking her out and finding out that she has a boyfriend you know...well i hope all goes well...!

first off you got to find out if shes taken or not. secondly, if she isnt, just start makin a conversation about stuff that you would talk about if you were goin out. im not the most talkative person, but apparently it works sometimes. usually it helps to know her friends kind of, bc my ex's friends told me that she liked me a lot when i liked her, so thats sometimes a big help
