It took my girlfriend 3 hours to get from town to cinnamon brow.
I'm a bus driver. I got lucky and finished work just as it kicked off. But some of the other drivers were saying it just kept getting worse. One driver took 5 hours to do one trip around orford.
Which genius decided to close town to cars? Too dangerous to drive through but ok to walk around?

From a fellow Warrington Lassie, I cheated and took the day off today (actually I am genuinely sick) but I knew that Thelwall Viaduct would cause more mayhem then what we normally have and Cromwell Avenue at 8.45 in the morning - ARGGHHHHHH!!!

Getting into Bristol yesterday morning and this morning was an absolute nightmare because of the high winds. But getting home last night was easy, I got home 30 minutes earlier than I normally do.

We all did, Thelwall viaduct was shut, Runcorn Bridge was shut, Mersey tunnels were packed. Amazing little bit of weather and this country grinds to a stand still!
