We just go one God further. I sure hope no one drags out the "they were false Gods" trite.

Because a choice must be made. All religions cannot be right as they are vastly different from each other. I do believe there is a true faith....which was given by God. I believe it is Christianity/Judaism.
It's possible I am wrong, but I don't think so and I'm willing to take that chance if I am.
Sitting on the fence is not an option for anyone who follows a religion. When you choose your faith, you must reject all others. That is part of the definition of "faith" = BELIEF
I think, our culture has become so PC about everything that it is difficult to understand people who believe in something to the exclusion of everything else. As if we are not allowed to say with passion, "YOU'RE WRONG"!! Why can't I say that? Why must I water down my beliefs to recognize the right of someone else to hold theirs?
Maybe you're an Atheist, someone else is Muslim or Pagan or whatever.... there is one guarantee in life....and that is we will all find out who is right/wrong in the end.
Jesus is the answer.

I don't dismiss other "gods" or the belief in no god...I prove them wrong. Years of study have been put into studying the Bible by Jehovah's Witnesses & we have proved that we are indeed "His Witnesses" as stated in the Bible. No other religion has done that & we, as a whole, are not hypocritical. yes we ARE imperfect & do sin & there are ones who sin more seriously than others, but we don't cover it up & pay our elders. I can't tell you how true the love is among our people arounf the WORLD. You have to see it for yourself. Jesus prphesied the true religion would have "love among themsleves." Please visit one of our meetings ( and don't bring any $$ cuz you won't be asked for it, unlike some other churches.) By the way, How can you look at the wonderful planet we live on & the way the human body works & tell me there is no God? Seriously, answer MY question. (Email me)

"How can you dismiss all the other possible gods and still believe in yours? "
Years of research and faith.
"When Christians understand why they dismiss all the other possible gods, they will understand why Atheists dismiss their god."
Oh, OK. So I guess there's no point in discussing it further. Bye.

A wonderful quote by a wonderful man once said.
"I found that when i was an atheist I was exceptionally angry at a God I told myself did not exist"
Who is this wonderful atheist. C.s Lewis.
I suggest the book Mere Christianity.
If u would like me to explain to you why atheism is one of the only stances that C.s Lewis says does not make sense. THen email me and i will hopefully make u see a new perspective but of course u are still angry at a God wo u say does not exist.
Love,

Because we look at everything that has been created, and we KNOW there HAS to be ONE God, the One Who Created Everything. To believe that everything that is so complex just popped into existence on its own is illogical. For example, you can look at this computer in front of you and believe that it is intelligently designed, but then you believe that the human body, which is thousands (if not millions) of times more complex than a computer, and believe it came from nothing? That isn't even logical, and I thought atheists worshipped at the altar of logic.
Also, when you understand the history of the world as REAL science and the Bible present it, and not as evolutionists present it, you understand the history of where all the false religions came from, and it makes it easier to reject them as truth.

Buts its not all Christians its every religion whether they believe in God or not. Plus when you believe in God there is no way that they can understand how people do not believe in God

that's the perfect question I actually have considered in this section. i do not push aside any religions or gods. I frequently ask questions about a faith I hear about and consider it because i imagine they are very exciting.

Answer is implicit in the question itself. It is our conviction based on scientific facts that matters.. not blind faith.
Please change the title "atheists" to Rationalists. That sounds better.
