Search for free tax clinics in your city, or go to the library and pick up a booklet for a 1040EZ Form or download one from the IRS website at
http://www.irs.gov.

You could also pay some to prepare it or buy Turbo Tax software and prepare it.

For federal, if you're single with no dependents, download form 1040-EZ at irs.gov and fill it out. It's pretty straightforward.

Depending on where you live, you might also have to file a state return. Some states don't have state income taxes but most do. Your state website should have info on how to file if they have a state income tax.
