can anyone help with my spots pleeeeeeease!!?

i am 30 and suffer from spots on my chin, they appear then dissapear and come back again,,,,i clean my face with faciel wipes every day but dont know what to do about the spots,i have sensative skin so i have to be carefull what i put on my skin........thankyou

Without physically seeing these spots, there is no way to know what to do for them. I suggest you see a dermatologist. He will be able to find out what they are, why they come and go and be able to tell you exactly how to treat them without doing any damage to your sensitive skin.
