that one kid was pretty scary too, that just stared off and never blinked, I think he might have been somewhat retarded or slow

how sad....he clearly has a physical defect and that is not to be made fun of. people cant always help how they look, just like they cant help what race they are. he should have been judged on his talent and let it go at that. simon is riding high now but you all know what "they" say..........you never get to high that you cant come down. some of those people that audition for that show clearly have disabilities but you cant tell them they cant audition because they are retarded or deformed.....thats cause for a lawsuit. they should just suck it up and judge on those peoples talents or change the rules where you have to send in a video tape prior to being called in for an audition. dont you agree?
