My 18 month old daughter is teething quite alot. I just notice that most of her front top teeth has gaps and her three front bottom teeth are close together and crooked .. could this be a problem while growing up?

Heres a pic of her teeth : http://i51.photobucket.com/albums/f396/mekiasheena/teeth.jpg

She is precious! And her teeth look normal too. All kids teeth should have spaces in between each other. Look at it like this, the baby teeth are a lot smaller than permanent teeth, and the mouth is going to grow a lot larger, and there are going to be a lot more teeth. The deciduous teeth are there as a guide for the permanent teeth to follow. It's the kids who don't have the gaps in between when they are older that usually have the problem. Good luck, and don't worry she'll be fine.

some children are born with teeth!
One good thing to keep in mind: they're not the child's perminant teeth!!
The way that they are coming in has nothing to do with the age of the child_

Her teeth look just like my little boy's (17 months) - nothing to be concerned about.

This is normal. As her jaw grows and her permanent teeth come in, it will all change again.
